Vinyasa #1 - Elbow power is kidney power, so puff out kidneys and push up (down) on elbows.
Vinyasa #2 - Roll collar bones back as you press up (down) on wrists.
Vinyasa #3 - There should be no wrinkling in the upper trapezius, so smooth out your cape.
Vinyasa #4 - Remember the golden spire.
Vinyasa #5 - And, finally, stand extra tall and extremely dignified. You are wearing the planet earth on your head!
